Toilet not flushing properly?
If your toilet isn't working because of a clog, do your best to resolve the situation with a household plunger. You can dislodge most clogs by vigorously pumping the plunger up and down, which should push the blockage through the pipe.

I've lost power!
If you don't have electrical power in your unit, you may need to contact your utility provider to determine the cause of the issue. Most electrical outages are due to temporary problems like fallen lines.
Did you trip the circuit breaker?
If you overload the electrical circuit within your home, you may trip the breaker. Locate yours and make certain the lever is in the ON position. If it's not, flip the lever back to the correct position.
Be careful not to overload your circuit.
I don't have hot water.
If your rental home doesn't have hot water access, check the settings on your tank. Some tanks have a vacation mode that may limit the amount of water available at any time.
You can attempt to cycle the tank to restore full access.
My A/C or furnace isn't working.
If you're having problems with your HVAC system, use your central thermostat to troubleshoot the issue. Check that all of your settings are correct and attempt to cycle the system.
